I had the opportunity to lecture on the fundamentals and Kaizen (improvement) in logistics at the Thai-Japan Institute of Technology (TNI) for two days, August 31st and September 7th, totaling approximately 6 hours.

Last week, a group of students visited our warehouse for a field trip, so we were able to get to know each other right away. I don't know how many of these students will end up working in logistics, but I shared my desire to cultivate logistics specialists from among them. The first time, I explained the basics, so the atmosphere wasn't very fun. But the second time, I tried using videos and other teaching aids, which really captured everyone's attention. It became a very enjoyable presentation, and the students were laughing a lot!

The topic we discussed was Kaizen, a subject that could have been explained in detail for three hours. However, I think the students remembered the key aspects of Kaizen that are most important. At the end, everyone applauded loudly, so I think they were quite satisfied.

This year I started with this feeling, and next year it's possible I'll get more student training and other assignments. I want to create a group of true logistics specialists, and I never expected to be teaching at a university abroad like this. It's beyond my wildest dreams, and it's all thanks to the support of so many people. I'm truly grateful to everyone.
I would also like to express my gratitude for all the encouraging words and support from Japan.
