Aiming to support the manufacturing industry
And provides comprehensive international logistics services.

Of course, in warehousing, transportation, and international trade contracting, from ordering to production, consolidation, sourcing, inventory, shipping, and delivery, we will create added value by providing solutions that surpass traditional logistics.

The company has continuously restructured its logistics to meet the needs of its clients in Japan, integrating diverse logistics capabilities. The approach offered focuses on providing the most cost-effective logistics solutions, tailored to Thailand and depending on the specific application scenario

■ A newly established logistics company in the country is acting as an intermediary for trade through third countries.

From sourcing parts and raw materials to customer control, factory production, and collaborative trading, there are still proposals to reform logistics to reduce costs. This involves serious and comprehensive implementation of logistics operations, resulting in steadily improving outcomes.

Generally, a logistics reform proposal is submitted to the cargo owner. A comprehensive, one-stop logistics service is considered the goal. Typically, to resolve the inconveniences arising from the "conflicting" relationship between the shipper and the service provider (in Japan, in some cases, the same applies to the service provider), a specialized third party will stand in the shipper s position and undertake the planning, design, and operation of the logistics. Our company, in particular, treats our customers like family by providing a detailed "see" of the problem points. Logistics cost data is a major source of issues. We then propose an overall system design that helps reduce transportation costs.

■ This will provide the benefit of "visibility" of the logistics process.

To ensure the continuous provision of high-quality solutions across all services, it is essential to maintain a high level of quality in every service. AGLT has demonstrated this commitment to logistics management with its headquarters located in Amata City. This warehouse serves as a central logistics hub with a weight-bearing capacity of 3 tons per square meter and a ceiling height of 10 meters. Due to the potential for flooding, the warehouse is designed with a floor height of 1.60 meters. It also features two dock levels, a three-lane truck pit, and a large ramp (capable of driving trucks up).

Furthermore, we have actually implemented management practices that incorporate education for our Thai employees. From the time we leased the office space until the warehouse construction was completed, we dedicated significant resources to training our employees on job-related matters. Our philosophy is that the essence of logistics is [people], not just theoretical expertise. Above all, genuine communication is crucial. Currently, there are few reputable warehouses with a high level of management. Therefore, we built a new warehouse in July 2015 with a space of 7,200 square meters. 80 percent of the warehouse currently houses finished goods, while the remaining 20 percent are imported parts. The majority of goods are handled through Myanmar and Cambodia, but in the future, we will adapt the environment to handle goods from all locations.
